We have come together to address the problem of B2B payment scams, a fraudulent transfer of funds that occurs through the actions of external fraudsters or corrupt employees.

Is a Managing Partner at Elron Ventures and Former Chairman of the Board for the Israel Automated Clearing House. His professional experience focused on cyber security and banking as well as raising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, with the title of Chief Strategy Officer of Unit 8200.

 

Yodfat Harel-Buchris

Board Member

Is a Managing Director at Blumberg Capital. She is also an active Member Board of Directors at Discount Bank, one of Israel’s largest banks, as well as at 6 prominent tech companies. Formerly, Yodfat served on the boards of many retail, banking, and corporate enterprises, including El Al Airlines, Castro, Protalix, Bio Therapeutics, Eltech, Halman-Aldubi Provident Funds, and British Israel Ltd. She is also a Director of Yeda Research and Development Ltd., the Weizmann Institute’s technology transfer arm.
 
 

Meirav Har-Noy

Investor

Is a Managing Partner at Moneta Venture Capital. She had pivotal roles in international investment funds such as Intel Capital, Apax Partners, and more recently served as CEO of Iris Ventures, a technology incubator that is supported by the Chief Scientist. Her most successful investments include Panaya, Storwize, Fiberxon and Aeroscout. Meirav grew up in Silicon Valley until her senior year in high school, when she moved to Israel to join the IDF. Meirav holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University, with a major in corporate financing.
